At TEGEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
